Menu for reception meal

At Bali 2 U weddings we are extremely fortunate to have our friend and 5 star chef, Nyoman to cater for reception meals at weddings. He worked as executive chef at Grand Hyatt for many years and now has his own restaurants and runs cooking classes.
The following menu has been prepared for $30AUD per head:

Tomato salad, mixed green salad, potato salad with: thousand island and balsamic dressings.
Fried rice, fried noodles, sauteed vegies and grilled young corn.
Grilled prawns, pork spare ribs, squid, chicken satay, pepes ikan ( fish wrapped in banana leaf ), beef medallions and beef satay. Sauces: BBQ, tomato, chilli, chilli soya, sambal.
Dessert: assorted balinese cakes and assorted fresh fruits.
