Welcome to our bargain wholesale shopping tours. Bali is shopping heaven! You will have the opportunity to buy many household, building, garden and gift items and have them arrive safely back to our depot in Newcastle. (Backloads to other areas can bee arranged, so please ask)
We have been importing furniture, giftware and household items from Bali for the past 11 years. During this time, we have learnt where, when & how to do business with the Balinese people in the various villages where the products are made.
TOUR INFORMATION:-
1)Once you have booked your trip to Bali, let us know what date you wish to go shopping. Remember to book early as our tour dates fill fast.
2)We do not mix shopping groups as our tours are personalized to individual shoppers
3)We will collect you from your hotel foyer at 9am and return you when you have either run out of money (there are plenty of ATM’s in Bali), exhausted or just shopped out!! The cost of the tour is AUD50 per person and AUD25 per child (under 16yrs). Infants and very small children are welcome, but for safety and efficiency is not recommended, unless you prefer to bring them. A minimum of two adults are required per tour. The tour cost is payable in Australia within 7 days from the date you make your booking. This can be transferred, but NON REFUNDABLE.
4)All purchases to be paid in full direct to the shops whilst in Bali, otherwise outstanding balances will attract a fee if paid at a later date. Payment at some shops is in cash (Indonesian Rupiah); however some stores now accept credit cards. There are many ATM’s located in Bali and the maximum daily limit of cash withdrawals is generally 5 million Rupiah (approx AUD550)
5)We recommend all customers photograph their purchases especially their large items to help ensure you receive the correct items and at least you can remember what you have brought.
6)Freight costs are currently AUD450 per cubic metre (subject to change due to currency fluctuations) and payable upon receipt of goods at our secure lock up depot in Newcastle. Payment for cargo charges is either by cash upon pick up or EFT into our account. Our containers only contain goods from our shopping tour clients only.
7)Ask about shipping costs to other states which can be done by LCL cargo, courier or air freight.
8)Goods can take between 2 to 6 months to arrive in Australia depending on the time taken to make custom orders to be made for you as well as when the last container left Bali. We will contact you when your goods arrive to organize an appointment and a suitable time to collect your goods. Goods not collected within one week will attract a storage fee of AUD30 per day.
